Basel Bike Tour
The E-bike tour is a 3-3.5 hours bike tour that starts along the river close to the Old Town of Basel. We will ride the bikes along the river past the Tinguely Museum until we cross to an artificial island located in the middle of the river to see an impressive hydropower station combined with a beautiful recreational area and a nature conservation project. This is also where we will have a great view of the Rhine locks system. We will go further in a loop form back to the Old town to visit the Münster (Cathedral) and the farmers market, where the guests could also have some free time to drink a coffee or taste a local delicacy before we finish the tour. It is an easy ride, takes around 3 hours and goes for about 8 km.
