Welcome to Basel - the cultural capital of Switzerland and the city of museums! I am a German-Israeli living in Basel with my little family. I am a part-time tour guide in Basel, the Swiss Alps, and the Black Forest with about five years of experience and I have been loving every second of it. Fascinating history, direct democracy, giant mountains, armed neutrality, and a myriad of Swiss German dialects, we have all of it here in the land of cows and chocolate!
